The CCSE test or the test of constitutional and sociocultural knowledge of Spain is a test created by the Instituto Cervantes. It checks what you know about Spain’s Constitution and everyday life, culture, and society in Spain. Passing it is one of the legal requirements for many people applying for Spanish nationality by residence.
The test consists of five tasks with 25 multiple selection questions (3 options), or true/false, on constitutional and socio-cultural knowledge of Spain.
The test is divided into 5 tasks and lasts only for 45 minutes. If you took the time to review the test you need less than 7 minutes to finish it. Most of the takers in our group finished in about 6 minutes. I made to review my answers so as to avoid any mistakes.

How to prepare for CCSE?
Download the CCSE Nacionalidad Espanola app by Instituto Cervantes. The app simulates all the questions which could be shown in the exam.
You can either practice by clicking Simulacion de Prueba which shows you a total of 25 questions each set.
Or, you can practice by clicking Cuanto Sabes? which shows you the entire set consisting of 300 questions.
I started by review by clicking the Simulacion de Prueba first. After several attempts it felt like I was answering the same set of questions and I was not being introduced to new sets of questions. Then I switched to Cuanto Sabes so I could see the entire 300 questions.
